Our chicken is bred at the famous SJ Fredrick and Sons. While our Turkey is raised at Peele’s, the home of Norfolk Black Turkey.

Label Anglais chickens and Peele’s Turkeys are raised the old fashioned way. No modern methods are used to speed up the process, allowing the poultry to grow slowly, letting the meat develop, resulting in great flavour and texture.

Our skinless, boneless chicken breasts are tender, succulent and full of flavour.

Perfect for a curry, stir fry or wrapped in bacon and smothered in barbecue sauce. Sourced from R.T Pointers at Hevingham, these chicken breasts are reared the traditional way allowing for a superior taste compared to their modern, quick reared counter parts.

Our Peele’s Norfolk Black Turkey are free range giving an excellent flavour and texture. Aged to perfection we challenge you to find a better tasting turkey for your Christmas dinner! Choose from our fresh whole Norfolk Black or Norfolk Bronze and our Traditional White for a whole bird, turkey crown, boneless breast and escallops.

Tender, juicy and absolutely full of flavour our Gressingham Duck is locally sourced from south Norfolk.

Duck tastes great and is one of the more healthier meats, it’s also surprisingly easy to cook! Gressingham Duck is a unique breed, with less fat and more meat. Duck is as great for creating Chinese and oriental dishes as it is slow roasted with seasonal veg.
